TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tours
All tours are subject to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 15 passengers.
All tours conducted in a Luxury Sedan or Minibus.
Luggage & personal possessions are carried at your own risk.
Luzara Passenger Transfers and Tours accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal possessions of passengers.
Please ensure that valuables & travel documents are kept safe at all times.
Cash payments are to be made in South African Rand.
Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
Included

Collection and drop-off at your accommodation establishment, airport ,etc.

All transfers & tours as indicated ( tours between 9h00 and 17h00)

Standard entrance fees, e.g. wine tasting

Qualified and accredited English Speaking Tourist Guide

Pick up at 09h30 in Winter (May – August) and 09h00 in Summer – (September –April)

Method of payment: Via EFT Transfers
20% deposit to be paid within 14 days of confirmation by Luzara Passenger Transfers and Tours.
50% to be paid 60 days before arrival
30% to be paid 30 days before arrival
Child Policy
Children over the age of 12 years pay the full amount of the tour fee
0 – 3 years travel free on tour
4 – 6 years pay 50% of tour fee
7 – 12 years pay 75% of tour fee.
Child pricing will be separately negotiated

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival – 80% of the full amount due
Cancellation from 14 – 30 days prior to arrival – 60% of the full amount due
Cancellation from 30 – 45 days prior to arrival – 50% of the full amount due
Reserved Rights
Luzara Passenger Transfers and Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking/tour when:
no payment has been received within the stipulated time.
the laws/rules of the country or the company as set out by the driver/guide while on tour are disregarded.
