TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tours

• All tours are subject to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 15 passengers.

• All tours conducted in a Luxury Sedan or Minibus.

• Luggage & personal possessions are carried at your own risk.

• Luzara Passenger Transfers and Tours accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal possessions of passengers.

• Please ensure that valuables & travel documents are kept safe at all times.

• Cash payments are to be made in South African Rand.

• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability

Included

• Collection and drop-off at your accommodation establishment, airport ,etc.

• All transfers & tours as indicated ( tours between 9h00 and 17h00)

• Standard entrance fees, e.g. wine tasting

• Qualified and accredited English Speaking Tourist Guide

• Pick up at 09h30 in Winter (May – August) and 09h00 in Summer –  (September –April)

• Lunch

• Gratuity

Method of payment: Via EFT Transfers

• 20% deposit to be paid within 14 days of confirmation by Luzara Passenger Transfers and Tours.

• 50% to be paid 60 days before arrival

• 30% to be paid 30 days before arrival

Child Policy

Children over the age of 12 years pay the full amount of the tour fee

• 0 – 3 years travel free on tour

• 4 – 6 years pay 50% of tour fee

• 7 – 12 years pay 75% of tour fee.

• Child pricing will be separately negotiated

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival – 80% of the full amount due

• Cancellation from 14 – 30 days prior to arrival – 60% of the full amount due

• Cancellation from 30 – 45 days prior to arrival – 50% of the full amount due

Reserved Rights

Luzara Passenger Transfers and Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking/tour when:

• no payment has been received within the stipulated time.

• the laws/rules of the country or the company as set out by the driver/guide while on tour are disregarded.
